I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the name placement was a little off. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not quite as centered/perfect as I was hoping

It looked just like the pictures, which was a nice surprise. My sister even commented that it was exactly what she expected from the listing...

I placed my order and got the confirmation fast, so that part was fine. Still gotta wait and see how the shipping goes tho. So far its not bad, but I cant really say too much yet.

I found what I was looking for quickly, and checkout was super easy. Maybe it’s just me, but I really appreciate when a site doesn’t make the whole process complicated, you know?

The site was easy to use overall, and the pages loaded just fine for me. It did take me a minute to spot where checkout was, though, maybe that could be a bit more obvious?

I got one of the hats and, at first, it seemed comfortable. The fit felt light and not too tight, which I definitely appreciated.

I think if you like super basic clothes, it might not be your thing, but for me it was a nice change. I’ve already gotten a few compliments, so I’m happy with what I picked.

I ordered my usual size from btblosangeles.com, so I thought I was playing it safe, but somehow it still ended up fitting smaller than expected. The top was tight around my arms, which was frustrating because I feel like I always end up being the one stuck dealing with weird sizing issues.

The pants were better and technically fit, but they weren’t exactly comfortable either. The quality seemed fine and the outfit did look like the photos, so I can’t say it was a complete disaster, but it definitely wasn’t the easy win I was hoping for.

I might order again if I really liked something, but I’d definitely size up next time. I just wish the size guide had been more accurate because it’s annoying to do everything right and still end up with something that doesn’t fit the way it should

If this is the same one you ordered, mine felt sturdy and looked just like the photos. I’ve been happy with it so far and don’t really have any complaints. Wait, actually, I was kind of surprised by how nice it looked in person.

The color was close to the photos, close. It was just a tiny bit darker in person, but i’m still happy with it. Not a big deal for me at all.

I ordered a piece from btblosangeles.com it feels like it was made with care. The stitching is clean, the finish looks polished, and it definitely doesn’t have that cheap feel some items do. I’m taking off one star because I noticed one small detail that was a little uneven, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. Just a heads up for anyone planning an exchange, mine did go through in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Support didn’t get back to me until about a day later, which was a bit frustrating. The replacement item arrived fine, so it wasn’t a total issue, but I’d be prepared to wait and not expect a quick turnaround

Customer service did respond, so they weren’t ignoring me, but the help I got wasn’t all that useful. In the end, it worked out okay, but I can’t say I’d be excited to order from them again
